Recipe for a refreshing frozen yoghurt:
- lemon juice
- lemon peel
- vanilla sugar/ extract
It depends on how much you want to make. I used about 750 g yoghurt, 50 g sugar + 20 g honey, the juice and peel of one lemon and some vanilla extract.
Mix all the ingredients and put your bowl in your freezer. Stir about every hour, depends on your freezers temperature, for about 4-5 hours.
